cannondale contest
Cannondale Jekyll Bike
Win Cannondale’s “Adjust Your Attitude” contest and go on the trip of a lifetime.
The prize? A Cannondale Jekyll, a five day, four night trip to Punta San Carlos, Baja, Mexico (you can bring a friend), the chance to ride with Chris Van Dine and a byline in Bike magazine as guest test editor.
The catch? You need to write a 300 to 350-word story about your all-time best mountain bike experience. Your story may be something you’ve done or something you’ve witnessed, but should be at least partially factual.
Chris Van Dine and the editors of Bike magazine will pick the winning entry and post it here on November 2, 2010. Entries will be judged on originality and their ability to inspire us. We’re suckers for cavalier use of the English language, and will read through your grammatical errors to a point, but if your third grade teacher would fail your work, we probably will too.
You must be a resident of the United States and at least 21 years of age to enter. All entries must be at least 300 words in length but absolutely no longer than 350. In order to be judged, entries must be received no later thanmidnight (PST) on November 1, 2010. And while you may submit your incredible essay in any language, we will only judge the one written in English—hopefully somewhat intelligible English.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. CANNONDALE JEKYLL “ADJUST YOUR ATTITUDE” CONTEST (“Contest”). Contest valid in 50 United States and D.C. Starts 9/24/2010 and ends 11/1/2010. Must be 21 or older to enter. Travel accommodations included. One (1) prize package with a total ARV of $18,014.99. Sponsor: Source Interlink Magazines, LLC (owner and publisher of Bike magazine) and Cannondale Bicycle Corporation.
