Recon for the "Train Gap" continues (Nicolas Teichrob Photography)
As we reported in May, Anthill Films, the crew behind mountain bike film Follow Me and its follow-up Strength in Numbers, are set to release an interim film this autumn – From the Inside Out.
A collaboration with British Columbia’s Coastal Crew, the film will be “the first in a new annual series that will give an inside look at the influences and people that have shaped the Coastal Crew as riders, builders and cinematographers”.
In advance of the DVD, BluRay and download release later this year, the collective – who are producing the film under the moniker 2ndBase – have released a second trailer. It sees the crew visiting one of their number’s hometown of Prince George, British Columbia to pull off a jump he’d had in mind for years, the Train Gap. You'll have to watch the video below to find out exactly what that means. All we'll say is we're looking forward to seeing it in full when it's featured in the finished film.

Trevor Jacob jumps moving train
Trevor Jacob and his crew went up to Tahoe and jumped the legendary train gap that Temple Cummins and Andy Hetzel pioneered nearly 20 years ago. It was a huge moment for him as he's been wanting to do it since he was about 5 years old. GKC4LIFE.COM
