the crossing andes

Four bikers and two hikers took on the tough Patagonian border crossing from Argentina to Villa O´Higgins in Chile. We hauled our loaded bikes over huge dead trees, carried them through rivers whilst knee deep in water, dragged them through thick mud and swamp and pushed them up near vertical climbs over treacherous terrain and through dense bush. But we made it. Here are a few photos from our rough escapade...
