Ya ha empieza el ironman de hawaii para la èlite masculina y ahora empieza la elite femenina , pero no te preocupes porque los primeros tardan màs de 8h en nadar 3,8km, recorrer en bici en contrareloj 180km a 40 km/h de media y correr 42,2 km , la maratòn a 4min/km , casi nada.. tenemos a dos españoles con posibilidades eneko llanos y clemente alonso
