The main character in the movie, Wilee, will be seen riding the Affinity Metropolitan. The frame is made from standard 4130 cromo tubing, and uses a 74 / 75 degree track geometry with a horizontal top tube. While the frame is capable of being raced in the velodrome, it comes with a drilled fork and rear brake mount for street use. The frame is set up for 27.2mm seat post, 68mm English BB, and a 1” headtube (really?). Fork rake on all sizes is 45 degrees, and the size range includes, XS (47cm), S (52cm), M (55cm), and L (57cm). Also featured in the movie is the Kissena, Affinity’s race specific aero track frame. This frameset has claimed more than a few titles on the velodrome, including the 2009 and 2010 US Masters National Stars and Stripes title, 2010 U23 kilo title, Six Day victories, and global alleycat race wins. The limited run for the Kissena will showcase a raw finish and include CNC machined and laser etched graphics. Frameset (7005 aluminum with non-drilled 1 1/8” carbon fork) cost is set at $750.
