Kealakekua Bay & the Captain Cook Monument, is well known for calm winds & wave conditions & we land the kayaks on shore for easier snorkeling. Calm sea conditions makes our trip one of the safest, easiest & most enjoyable kayak & snorkel adventures.
Join us as we guide you to our paddling destination - historic Kealakekua Bay, then snorkel Capt. Cook Monument. Learn about the area & its amazing marine life. The Bay is a Marine Life Conservation District & State of Hawaii permits (included) are required to land & snorkel.
The water here is warm, crystal clear, & sea-life is abundant including: tropical fish, coral gardens, Hawaiian spinner dolphins, green sea turtles & humpback whales.
Our guided tours offer an easy & ecological way to access all that nature offers in Hawaii. A guided tour ensures a worry free trip and an easy snorkeling and paddling experience. All gear, instruction and drinks/snacks is included. Our guides offer local color and history that will make the trip more than just great outdoor recreation.
Guests range from age 5 to 75 & about half are new to paddling & snorkeling. We paddle at a relaxed pace and make sure everyone is having a great time.

Equipment: Wide, stable open-deck kayaks are used & you'll appreciate our quality mask, snorkel & fins.
Sightings of Marine Life; Hawaiian spinner dolphins are seen on over 1/2 our tours & humpback whales are seen in the winter. Green sea turtles are always a treat to watch and are frequent visitors to the area.
Remarkable snorkeling at Capt. Cook Monument! Brightly colored tropical fish & coral gardens are the feature most commonly enjoyed here.
What Is Not Included?
Tax is not included in the above listed price. A tax of 11.308% will be charged - this includes 4.16% state tax, and a $5 per person state park fee.
Gratuity is not included in the price. Please remember guides rely on tips as part of their income.
A nice assortment of snacks and drinks (bottled water, fresh fruit, cheese and crackers, potato chips, cookies, granola bars and trail mix) are complimentary on each trip.
