Aloha and a warm welcome to athletes and supporters visiting Maui for the 2015 XTERRA World Championship. Congratulations on qualifying to race at this year’s XTERRA World Champs.

The XTERRA World Championship is celebrating its 20th edition. From its humble beginnings with 123 athletes on the beach at Wailea in 1996, the sport now boasts a global footprint. There are athletes from 43 countries and 43 U.S. states who have earned the right to race for the title of World Champion. Maui’s race course is one of the toughest in the world – you will test your skills and endurance on Hawaii’s legendary beaches and trails.

Festivities leading up to the main event including the costume themed XTERRA 5K/10K Trail Runs and Keiki K on Halloween, Saturday, October 31, XTERRA University clinics with the pros, Paul Mitchell hair cut-a-thons for charity, and two star-studded dinners.

We wish you great racing, much fun, and a wonderful stay on Maui and in the Hawaiian Islands!
