Fibromialgia, nueva càmara hiperbàrica rigida para hogar a precio reducido

A finales de junio publicaba èste artìculo en español( en 8 partes ) sobre còmo curar la fibromialgia simplemente respirando , usando una càmara hiperbàrica inflable para casa de bajo coste . Ahora la misma casa fabricante Baobang con su marca MACY -PAN ha lanzado al mercado una càmara rìgida HP1501-75 a un tercio del coste habitual, sòlo 29.000 US $  ( màs transporte ) frente al coste normal de unos 100.000 US $, pero que es 4 veces màs cara que la càmara inflable ST-1700 que hemos usado en nuestro caso ,( costo con transporte 6400 € ). Para tratar  la fibromialgia vale cualquiera de las dos, pero es màs còmoda la inflable ST-1700 porque estàs sentado y mucho màs barata! .

Nota de Prensa :
El Ingeniero español Cecilio Benito afirma que la fibromialgia severa se cura, simplemente respirando . Hay que respirar oxìgeno a un mìnimo de un  90 % de concentraciòn , bajo una presiòn de 0,29 atmósferas ( 1,29 ata ), en una càmara hiperbàrica, durante una hora y media diaria ,en tu propia casa , a lo largo de tres meses, lo que equivale a 120 horas en total .

 Más de un millón de españoles están afectados por la fibromialgia, de ellos el 90 % son  mujeres .Con el costo anual de tratamiento por la seguridad social de un paciente de fibromialgia en un año, unos 10.000 € , se pueden comprar dos càmaras hiperbàricas para casa.

Despuès de un tratamiento de tres meses con càmara hiperbàrica, una paciente diagnosticada por los mèdicos con fibromialgia severa, una enfermedad para la que teòricamente no hay curaciòn, se ha recuperado de la mayorìa de los más de 200  sìntomas que padecìa en grado muy severo  y que la tenìan postrada en cama 7 dìas a la semana , aunque ocasionalmente, por situaciones de estrès reales o revividas, le vuelvan a aparecer  algunos de los sìntomas que habìa eliminado.

tour etapa 7 gana Groenewegen lider van avermaet




Tocaba la etapa más larga de todo el Tour de Francia. Los esforzados de la ruta debían recorrer los 231 km que separaban a Fougeres y Chartres.Aunque, para desgracia de los espectadores, parece que el pelotón pareció tomarse un respiro. No hubo tensión hasta el final, hasta la hora de la volata.
Offredo fue el gran protagonista del día. El francés, recordado entre otras cosas por haber recibido una paliza mientras se entrenaba hace un par de años, buscó la machada desde lejos. Poco más de siete minutos logró a tener de ventaja el corredor galo que fue cazado a 70 km de meta.

Así fue el perfil de la séptima etapa de hoy.

Su paisano Pichon, del fortuneo, fue el encargado de recoger el testigo. Se fue en solitario y su aventura duró 33 km, el pelotón lo engulló a 37 para meta. Fue entonces cuando Lotto se puso en la parte delantera del pelotón. Quería controlar la carrera para que su velocista, Greipel, pudiera rematar.

La jornada parecía un tú a tú entre el propio Grepiel, Gaviria y Sagan. Sorprendió para bien el comportamiento de Movistar. Pelearon por los segundos de bonificación en el paso intermedio situado a 30 km de meta y estuvieron muy atentos hasta el final para evitar sustos sobre Nairo y Landa.

Van Avermaet sigue con el maillot amarillo.

Finalmente fue Groenewegen quien resolvió con maestría al esprín antes de la etapa de este sábado, donde los ciclistas recorrerán un trazado de 181 km entre Dreux y Amiens. El domingo, ya se sabe, el temido pavé.

Psoe corrupto, elecciones ya !

La trama del PSOE: 30 causas, 600 imputados y 4.000 millones bajo sospecha

Mientras Sánchez apela a la "ética" para intentar asaltar la Moncloa, su partido protagoniza el mayor escándalo de corrupción de la historia de España con unas cifras de vértigo.



El juicio de los EREs en Andalucía está siendo, en la misma línea que la ingente instrucción previa, una exhibición casi impúdica de todos los males de un régimen clientelar que se ha perpetuado en aquella tierra, a base de dinero público, con el PSOE al frente y los responsables del mismo elevados a presidentes del conjunto nacional de la organización.
Esto último es importante. Manuel Chaves y José Antonio Griñán no sólo fueron titulares de la presidencia autonómica de la región más grande de España; también encabezaron a su partido en todo el país, lo que le confiere a éste una responsabilidad total en el escándalo: si a Rajoy se le ha señalado por la trama Gürtel, sin estar ni siquiera imputado y con una sentencia que recalca que ni conoció ni consintió la vergonzosa corrupción en su partido; ¿qué tendrá que hacer Pedro Sánchez y la cúpula socialista cuando empiecen a caer las condenas por la participación o incluso el liderazgo de algunos de sus referentes en este deleznable montaje?
Las tramas andaluzas suman unas cifras sin parangón y obligan a todo el PSOE a explicarse con detalles
La sombra de la corrupción en Andalucía es larga en el tiempo, enorme en la cuantía, evidente en el impacto y masiva en los afectados: hay treintaprocedimientos judiciales abiertos; 4.000 millones de euros bajo sospecha y casi 600 imputados. No hay un caso similar en España y probablemente no lo haya nunca en el que una trama delictiva haya actuado desde las instituciones con el conocimiento y la participación de éstas, tal y como parece evidente en el caso que nos ocupa.
Un testimonio definitivo
Junto a las incontables pruebas y diligencias practicadas que, sólo en el caso de los EREs, atestiguan un desvío de más de 850 millones y tienen a 270 personas imputadas, un testimonio relevante ofrecido ante el Tribunal ha terminado por despejar las dudas que, a pesar de todo, alguien pudiera albergar: la asesora María José Rofa, gestora de los fondos hasta 2011, desveló ayer en el juzgado que todos estos manejos eran conocidos por Chaves y Griñán.


La magnitud del escándalo sólo es comparable con la dimensión del daño provocado por un régimen clientelar que, mientras practicaba el paternalismo con dinero de todos y se garantizaba una fidelidad al poder de casi todos, condenaba a Andalucía a las peores cifras de desempleo juvenil de toda Europa y la sumía, en general, en un atraso educativo y económico indigno del potencial que atesora.
Que Sánchez imparta clases de ética mientras mira para otro lado en Andalucía destapa que sólo le importa el poder
¿Hay que creer que Ferraz nunca fue consciente? ¿O al contrario el poderío del PSOE andaluz, con estos tejemenajes, explica que también ocuparan las máximas responsabilidades en la organización nacional? O dicho de otro, ¿no fue precisamente ese nepotismo, delictivo según las acusaciones, lo que elevó al máximo nivel a los hoy encausados?
Que en ese contexto Sánchez se permita presentar una moción de censuraabsurda e inviable apelando a la "ética", es simplemente inaceptable. Y que lo haga contando, como única opción, con los votos de partidos que combinan presuntos delitos contra la Constitución con causas penales por corrupción, caso de la antigua Convergencia, alcanza la categoría del cinismo más absoluto.
El cinismo de Sánchez
Si a Sánchez le preocupa de verdad la corrupción, un cáncer de la democracia que felizmente extirpan los jueces, tiene en Andalucía un inmejorable escenario para exhibir esos principios y poner en práctica sus medidas. Porque si alguien ha dopado las Elecciones captando voluntades masivamente, es el PSOE andaluz, referente y líder del PSOE en toda España.

TRAIL ADVOCACY UPDATE


What’s going on as it comes to trail advocacy in Europe? From promoting shared trail use to (the withdrawal of) mountain bike bans and public access consultations. Here’s an update on a number of cases IMBA and its member organisations have been working on in the last few months. 

SPAIN 

Last weekend, IMBA Espana organized a 2nd public event to demonstrate against the new access regulations of NP Sierra de Guadarrama. The newly proposed recreational management plan is almost a blanket ban of mountain biking on paths and trails in this region close to Madrid. The new regulation revolves everything that has been achieved by IMBA Espana in terms of trail access in this NP over the last decade. 
IMBA Espana’s main argument is that this newly proposed regulation lacks any kind of argumentation and stakeholder involvement in the decision making process. IMBA Espana repeatedly indicated to the park management that it can play a role in the maintenance of the trails to minimize user impact. This hasn’t led to any response and therefore IMBA Espana decided to mobilze the local and regional mountain bike community to led their voice be heard through these protest actions. FRANCE 

Winning the title of best mountain bike community wasn’t the only achievement of Mountain Bikers Foundation (MBF) last few months.  When the Cevennes National Park decided to ban mountain biking on various trails in the heart of the park by a decree last year, MBF appealed against this decision and challenged the ban because they felt it was unfair The park motivated this ban because of the erosion of trails and the protection of fragile species of raptors. 
MBF is not against the regulation of mountain biking for environmental protection purposes. However, MBF’s point of view is that the regulation must be justified, proportional and not aimed a just one single category of recreational users. The appeal was not followed up by the NP but after filing a complaint with the Nimes Adminstrative Court, the Cevennes National Park agreed to witdrawn its ban on mountain biking and to return to dialogue again. As a result, MBF also withdrawn their appeal. 
MBF and the National Park management will meet at short notice to find the best compromise to protect flora and fauna but still offering sufficient possibilities for trail usage. Learn more how you can support MBF. 

EU LEVEL 

IMBA Europe recognizes the importance of partnerships and coalition building with other EU bodies and networks. Therefore, IMBA recentrly joined the board of ENOS, the European Network of Outdoor Sports. By joining this board, IMBA Europe will have a more active role in the activities carried out by ENOS to represent outdoor sports at a strategic level in Europe. 
One of the actions IMBA is excited about is the Memorandum of Understanding between ENOS and the EUROPARC Federation. EUROPARC is the network for Europe’s natural and cultural heritage. The MOU is a first step towards a closer collaboration between both organisations and their affiliated members. 
Key aim is to promote the practice of responsible outdoor sports in protected areas, minimizing their environmental impact. The cooperation will focus on themes like good conduct, health, trail design, events, hostng capacity of protected areas and capacity building. Signing of the MOU will take place at the EUROPARC Conference in September 2018, Cairngorms National Park, Scotland

WALES 

The Welsh Government has stated that it will not be proceeding with significant access reform following its recent consultation on the issue. Cycling UK, OpenMTB and British Cycling joined forces last year to launch the 'Trails for Wales' campaign. With this campaign, they mobilized mountain bikers to make their voices heard at the public consultation. The outcome is disappointing and unexpected, as the public consultation carried out last year was overwhelmingly in favour of the administration’s own suggestion of creating single-status rights-of-way – effectively allowing cycling on most footpaths. There were around 16,000 responses in total, with more than 70 % backing the plan.
However Welsh Minister for Environment Hannah Blythyn has now said: “There were strong but differing views on how best to reform access legislation. We therefore believe that now is not the right time for substantive reform.”  Not only does the Welsh Government’s decision ignore the huge demand for change in a country that – in places – is particularly poorly served with legitimate MTB routes, it also ignores the huge contribution that active tourism already makes to the Welsh economy and the potential for growth in the sector, as well as the general health benefits that would accrue from improved access. OpenMTB is awaiting more detailed feedback from the WG as to why it has disregarded a landslide in favour of its own proposals, with mountain bikers making up the bulk of the largest-ever response to a consultation by the administration. In the wake of this disappointment, OpenMTB is determined to continue to push for access reform in Wales as well as in England. (source and more info www.openmtb.org.uk) 

TRENTINO 

Last month, IMBA was invited at the Dolomiti Paganella Bike Days to speak about trail sharing concepts. Sharing trails between different user groups has been a challenge in Trentino, especially since 2012 when the provincial law was changed. The new law included more restricting factors for mountain bike access and encharged local tourism offices to create network of MTB routes. While some municipalities adopted the concept of trail sharing (like Molveno), others did the opposite, resulting in a relative long list of forbidden trails. 
Durning the conference, IMBA showed examples from different regions and countries where trail sharing concepts succesfully have been implemented. Topics such as trail etiquette, trail design and how to prevent user conflicts were addressed to an audience consisting of tourism officials, local adminstrators and trail builders.
