BIG EMOTION IN THIS FIRST DAY...NOW THEY ARE RUNNING...

One enormous emotion on the first day of the Triple Deca Ironman 2013. All participants start this morning and at this time, a few minutes after 4 pm already eight of them are facing the foot race , inside the Park La Quiete.
This morning Jose Manuel Lopez de Mallorca was , as predicted, the fastest in the swimming pool, and closed the 3.8 kilometers in less than an hour , standing at around 58 minutes . Immediately behind him have finished Kamil Suran and Steven Harvey , who swam in about an hour and two minutes.
Once out of the tub athletes have changed and they got on their bikes going on the track , very hard , full of curves , climbs and descents , to cover the 180 km route . Unfortunately for them twice the rain was on the track, a first in the morning , but fortunately only for a few minutes , the second time instead more abundant for about three quarters of an hour . And here are the problems started , Chuck Schultz has slipped into a curve and came back to the athletes village to be healed by the doctors present , and then it is shared. Kim Greisen , one of the favorites fell but did not stop and it had been his strong impact there we realized only when the Danish came running.
A sharp pain in his hip and his leg is forcing one of the favorites , Greisen fact, to walk, while others are taking a big step, running . In great shape appeared Kamil Suran , the Czech Republic athlet which is supported here by his entire family, and behind him did not fare badly neither Harvey nor Lopez is turning in a time of about 9 minutes per lap (about 800 meters) .
At this time eight athletes are running while the others are still cycling. Ferenc Szony , another favorite, is a bad start this morning because two days is suffering from a sharp gastritis, but it's going well and well, leaving it slowly from his health problems. Although he is already running on foot . If these are the times Kamil Suran , at the time that the advantage of all should end around 19.

Jose Manuel Lopez informa
1er Ironman acabado.
