Carrera post tri

Esta noche han abierto la puerta de la entrada de mi casa y me han robado mis tres mejores bicis. Mi cabra, una Isaac aerotic pro con mis llantas zipp 606, la de carretera, Isaac impulse con ruedas Mavic ksyrium sl y mi cannondale flash de montaña.
Las dos primeras con grupo ultrega de 10 vel y la mtb con mezcla de sram x7 y x9.
Estoy desolado.

Come Fly With the Newest Landsat

On April 12, 2013, the Landsat Data Continuity Mission (LDCM) reached its final altitude of 705 kilometers (438 miles). One week later, the satellite’s natural-color imager scanned a swath of land 185-kilometers wide and 9,000 kilometers long (120 by 6,000 miles)—an unusual, unbroken distance considering 70 percent of Earth is covered with water. That flight path afforded us the chance to use the 56 continuous images in the Landsat swath to create a flyover view of what LDCM saw on April 19, 2013. hay que moverse y nada mejor que una carrera por el circuito habitual .Me encontrè màs ligero aunque al final aparecieron algunos dolores. Al final fueron 7,50 km en 49:01 minutos a una velocidad de 6:33 min/km con un desnivel acumulado de 50m , un tiempo mejor que los ùltimos que venìa haciendo
