Ironman 70.3 Argentina: abren las inscripciones
La carrera se hará el 6 de marzo de 2016 en Ciudad Nordelta, Buenos Aires, y se presentará oficialmente este viernes con un conferencia de prensa.

Por primera vez se realizará en Argentina un evento oficial del Circuito Mundial Ironman 70.3. Será en Ciudad Nordelta, Municipio de Tigre, el domingo 6 de marzo de 2016, con largada a las 7:30 AM.
La competencia, cuyas distancias serán de 1.9k de natación, 90k de ciclismo y 21k de running, otorgará plazas para el mundial Ironman 70.3 y será organizadora por la firma EVENTLIVE SA, formada por triatletas de amplia trayectoria y especialistas en eventos masivos.

El lanzamiento oficial Ironman 70.3 Buenos Aires será con una conferencia de prensa que se realizará el próximo viernes, 15 de mayo, a las 10 hs en el Hotel Emperador, Av. del Libertador 420, CABA. En el salón Del Prado del Hotel disertarán el Director deportivo de la Carrera, Abayubá Rodriguez, el Director de Ciudad Nordelta, Eduardo Costantini, el Intendente de Tigre, Julio Zamora, y el Diputado Nacional Ruben Sciutto.

Apertura de inscripciones:
Los cupos para participar son limitados a 1500 atletas, por lo que seguramente se agotarán rápidamente. Las inscripciones comenzarán el próximo lunes 18 de mayo, a las 10:00 AM, y se harán online en

IRONMAN 70.3 Ecuador begins with a 1.2-mile swim in the Pacific Ocean. Athletes then embark on a one-loop, 56-mile bike course that travels along the coast and then inland into the Pacoche National Park. Finally, a two-loop, flat and fast 13.1-mile run course offers beautiful ocean views and a lively finish line just off of the beach.
IRONMAN 70.3 Ecuador will offer a US$50,000 professional prize purse and 30 qualifying age group slots for the 2016 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship.
