Star Lineup For Endurance LIVE Continues To Grow

The list of star triathletes attending January 22nd’s Endurance LIVE Consumer Show and Awards Gala, set to take place in San Diego, Calif., continues to grow.

Three-time Ironman World Champion Chrissie Wellington is the latest to add her name to the attendee list. She announced her appearance via her twitter account, @ChrissieSmiles:

“My passport has finally come back from the US Embassy and means that i can head stateside to http://competitor.com/endurancelive . yippeeee!”

Wellington will join 2010 Ironman World Champions Chris McCormack and Mirinda Carfrae, as well as 2010 Ironman 70.3 World Champion Michael Raelert at the star-studded event. Other triathlete attendees include Andy Potts, Jordan Rapp, Michellie Jones, Scott Tinley, Torbjorn Sindballe and Heather Fuhr.

Several of the athletes will make themselves accessible to the public during the Endurance LIVE Consumer Show. Interactive events include a morning ride and run, presented by the Triathlon Club of San Diego, and clinics throughout the day. All of these events are free to the public. Endurance LIVE Consumer Show – Free & Open to the Public

Get ready for the premiere endurance event of the year. Endurance LIVE is so action packed you may even have to train for it. Formerly known as the TriExpo, Endurance LIVE will take place on January 22nd in sunny San Diego. Attendees will have a chance to ride and run with 2010 Ironman World Champions Chris “Macca” McCormack and Mirinda “Rinny” Carfrae or sit down with Ryan Hall, Dean Karnazes, and Deena Kastor to pick up their secrets on training. In addition to appearances from the sport’s top professional athletes attendees will be able to get a firsthand look at the latest and greatest products from the world’s top manufactures.

The fun doesn’t stop there! After the consumer show is all wrapped up we invite you to bring your training buddies and attend a once in a life time awards gala. Formerly known as the Endurance Sports Awards, The Endurance LIVE Awards Gala will be a chance for you to dine with the most accomplished athletes of 2010 all within the swanky setting of the Hard Rock Hotel in Downtown San Diego.

So be sure to mark your calendars and reserve your place at our gala for THE most action packed day of your season and you won’t even be racing!
